Supported Living
Supported living is about enabling you to live as independently as possible in your own home or a shared property, with the right level of support to help you thrive. Our carers empower you to take control of your daily life.
What's Included
Practical assistance with cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, and managing your home, building your confidence and capability over time.
Support with washing, dressing, medication, and health needs, delivered at times that suit your routine and with full respect for your privacy.
Help with paying bills, managing correspondence, maintaining your property, and understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
Support to access education, training, volunteering, and employment opportunities, as well as social activities and community events.
Who Is This For
Supported living is designed for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or autism who want to live independently but need ongoing support to do so safely and successfully. It is also for individuals moving on from residential care or supported accommodation into their own tenancy.
Our Approach
Our supported living model is built on the principle that support should enable independence, not replace it. We help you develop skills and confidence at your own pace.
We work closely with local authorities, housing providers, and social workers to ensure your support package meets your assessed needs. Care plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as your skills and confidence grow.
