Physical Disabilities
A physical disability should not define what you can achieve. Our carers provide skilled, respectful support that helps you maintain your independence, stay active, and live life on your own terms.
What's Included
Safe support with moving, transferring, and positioning, using appropriate equipment and techniques to protect both your comfort and dignity.
Sensitive assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, adapted to your specific physical needs and preferences.
Help with using wheelchairs, hoists, prosthetics, and other mobility aids, plus liaison with occupational therapists for home adaptations.
Accompaniment to social events, appointments, and activities, ensuring physical barriers do not become barriers to living a full life.
Who Is This For
This service is for adults and young people living with physical disabilities including spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, amputation, and other conditions affecting mobility and physical function. We support individuals at home and in the community.
Our Approach
We focus on what you can do, not what you cannot. Our care plans are built around your goals, your routines, and your aspirations.
Carers are trained in manual handling, equipment use, and disability awareness. We coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and your GP to deliver integrated support.
