Who Is This For
This service is for individuals with terminal or life-limiting diagnoses who wish to remain at home, and for their families who want professional support during this time. We work with people at all stages of a palliative journey, from initial diagnosis through to end of life.
Our Approach
Our palliative carers receive specialist training in end-of-life care, symptom awareness, and communication with individuals and families in distress.
We work hand-in-hand with hospice teams, district nurses, GPs, and Marie Curie services to ensure seamless, coordinated care. Every decision is guided by the individual's wishes and their family's needs.
