Mental Health Support
Living with a mental health condition can be isolating, but with the right support, recovery and stability are within reach. Our trained carers provide consistent, empathetic assistance that helps you manage daily life with confidence.
What's Included
Regular, meaningful interaction from a trusted carer who understands your condition, helping to reduce isolation and build a stable, supportive routine.
Practical help with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks when mental health symptoms make everyday activities difficult.
Calm, trained support during periods of heightened anxiety, panic, or emotional distress, using de-escalation techniques and reassurance.
Goal-oriented support to help you rebuild skills, confidence, and independence, working alongside community mental health teams and your GP.
Who Is This For
This service is for adults and young people living with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, or personality disorders who need consistent support at home. It is also for those transitioning from inpatient care back into the community.
Our Approach
We work closely with community mental health teams, social workers, and GPs to create a joined-up care plan that supports your recovery goals.
Every carer assigned to mental health clients receives specialist training in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and safeguarding. We build trust gradually, respecting your boundaries while gently encouraging progress.
