TRAINING TESTIMONALS
Thank you for boosting my confidence in employability skills. Progress reviews on the course were catalysts to attend extra-mural workshops in employability skills which enabled me improve on CV and job application writing skills.
I am pleased to confirm that without your tutors’ intervention with advice and guidance, I would not have been able to continue on the course, not to talk of successfully completing the course. The local child minder that I was referred to was equally of great help which allowed me time to concentrate on the course.
Overall, training at Dynamic People Training Centre is like a one-stop-shop where training, advice and support sessions that enable one to successfully complete a course comes as a package.

I left school with very few GCSE subjects, all at very poor grades. I thought I failed myself and my family as I could not get a job thereafter. My friend Dina recommended that I train as care assistant and said I could do NVQ qualification at progressive levels which would count as GCSE grade C equivalents and above. I was not confident that was a career I would want to go into.
Dina advised that I give it a try and recommended a local care provider organisation (Dynamic People Ltd) with in-house training department instead of local college, as I would have opportunity for work placement as part of the course. Information, advice and guidance from Dynamic People Ltd supported my friend’s advice to give care assistant career a try.
I eventually enrolled on QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care Adult course. The induction session was good and included progression routes after my initial course.
Although I enrolled on QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care course, I had opportunity to attend group workshops and one-to-one support sessions in CV and covering letter writing for job application as well as participated in mock job interviews – Dynamic People Training is the place to be! Excellent tutors that help to achieve.

My self-esteem was low when I started my training at Dynamic People Ltd. The inner voice in me told me I was not good enough to do anything. It affected my behaviour and took over my life. I enrolled on Dynamic People Ltd programme because it was recommended to me.
I can say that, not only that I passed the course I enrolled on in your training centre, your information, advice and guidance sessions helped me improve my self-esteem: -
- Not a complainer anymore as everyone has a problem
- Boost of my morale that I now congratulate myself especially when I overcome a hurdle
- Learnt how to channel nerves and tension positively
- Learnt how to be assertive.
Courses at Dynamic People Ltd have good information, advice and guidance that complement training programme outcome.

Thank you for information, advice and guidance for progression routes and acceptable qualifications for nursing course. Having done my studies abroad, your information, advice and guidance supported me to obtain UK NARIC comparability statement of my foreign qualification. I now know what additional qualifications I must pursue to enable me progress onto nursing degree course.
Information on entry qualifications acceptable by London Universities proved valuable and informed my decision to enrol on functional skills level 2 English and Maths courses. Glad to know I would be supported with UCAS process statement and reference when due.
