Dynamic People Limited is a Home Care Agency that specializes in the provision of high quality care to elderly individuals, people with mental health difficulties including those with Dementia and Alzheimer�s disease, Adults and Children with Physical and learning difficulties, Children with Autism including those with mild to moderate challenging behaviors, people with sensory impairment, HIV/AIDS, individuals recovering from illness and after discharge from hospital. We also care for the terminally ill.

We have been in the business of providing high quality care to our numerous clients both private and local authorities since Dynamic People Ltd was established in 2004. We operate a 24-hour personalized service from our Finchley office, seven days a week covering London and the Home Counties.

Our Personal Touch

Over the years most of our age-matched competitors have ceased trading either by choice or forced out of business. Our strength has always been the personal touch we put into the care we provide. Most of our private clients came through recommendations by satisfied individuals and local authorities and while some have used us for one or two weeks for short reliefs, many of them have remained with us for several years.

Our success story is testament to the efforts and dedication of our managing director Mrs Charlyn Duru and her team through these years. Her inspirational leadership and management style have enabled the company and staff to aspire to the very highest standard in service delivery and in achieving above average growth in the business. Many of our clients continue to live in their own homes almost independently in the knowledge and assurance that they are receiving the best care possible.
